All you’re doing by drawing nonstop for 5-8 hours is hurting yourself and setting yourself up for possible permanent damage.

Calm down

Take a moment to breath and relax

I know this project is high energy and you may feel like exploding sometimes. When this happens, unplug and take a breath. Do some meditation or listen to a bit of ASMR. Remember your calming playlists! Just slowly come down from your energetic high.

If you feel like your head is about to explode and you’re going to throw up then you’re having a panic attack. Just find a corner, wrap yourself up and wear a pair of headphones. Just ride it out and you are not dying. Everything will be just fine
